Our workers' compensation practice focuses on defense of insurance companies and municipalities. Our work on behalf of insurers and city employers includes appeals of adverse judgments. We also make worker's compensation claims on behalf of injured employees. Because of our defense orientation, we are very selective in the injured workers we choose to represent.
